As a young boy growing up in the 1970s I used to long for the summer holidays. This was the time when all thoughts of school were abandoned and you had weeks of fun to look forward too. We never really holidayed abroad as a family because money was always a little tight. This didn`t stop us from having cracking camping holidays down in delightful Devon.
